How do you put a cheat code in my PC game?

I got this game ‘paws and claws: vet pet’ game and I have the cheat codes for it but I have no clue how to put the cheat code in. HELP?

   The key as it commonly opens panel for commands which can then be inputted the key as it commonly used to open commandcheat.
   The key as it commonly used to open commandcheat code panels.
   The space bar and enter button also are commonly used to open commandcheat code panels.
