Is there an unlimited Enchantment Points Cheat Code or Mod for Oblivion?

I’m sick of having a limit of 1600, I want to make a very powerfull enchanted weapon. Is there a Mod or Cheat Code that that gives you an unlimited or a very high aount ofenchantment points?
