Where do you find the cheat menu on ps3 Rock Band 2?

Im trying to put the code to unlock all songs and it says: (must be selected in the cheat menu after entering), idk where the cheat menu is at. PS3
I have the code to unlock all songs, but when I go to view the songs not all the songs are there.
