For your ea games folder and drag file there little bit complicated but will never have to cheating again.
For your ea games folder open downloads folder open downloads folder and drag file there.

- Press down Ctrl then Shift and then C.
- Type in maxmotives.

All you sims in that families motives should go to green. No capitals are needed.
