What is the best gamecube cheat code system for manually inputting codes?

Now that the old version of the action replay is no longer being made and the new one will not let you input new codes manually, I need a cheat code system that will allow me to manually input codes.

I have heard that the new SD Media Launcher from Datel could double as an action replay but have not been able to find any information about that on the web.
