In MLB 2K7 on the PSP, how do you unlock the Progressive Max Coverage? Is there a cheat code?

I entered all of the basic unlock all cheat codes, but this feature in the My Cheats list is still not unlocked. Is there a separate cheat code to unlock this? Do I need to earn a number of Inside Edge points to unlock or buy this cheat?
