What codes do you need to know to make a browser based game?

I am wanting to make a browser based game. What codes would i need to know? (IE: XHTML, JavaScript, ETC?)
Well i guess i didn’t make myself clear, a game like mafia wars or dope wars. Something like those games.

The Cheat Code Editor for R4/DSTT keeps crashing, how can I fix it?

I was trying to add a No Freeze code to a game on my DSTT, but when I tried to open the usrcheat.dat file, Cheat Code Editor said:
“Cheat Code Editor MFC Application has stopped working”
Any current ways to fix this?
